BTHAWK is a product of ZUCOL Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Company Act of India and having its registered office at 519, 5th Floor, JMD Megapolis IT Park, Sohna Road, Gurugram, Haryana. The Company has developed and completely owns BTHAWK, a GST Accounting and Billing Software application. The company makes the app available for download and let you use it on your Desktop and Mobile Phones as the end users of this app, subject to these terms and conditions.

These terms shall contribute a contract between the User and the App. Downloading and installing the app shall be considered to add up to sufficient proof that you have read, understood and accepted by these terms. Together with the privacy policy, these terms add up to the entire rights, obligations and remedies, in respect to the use of this app and services.

Description of the App

This app is a Billing and GST Accounting application which enables you to manage your business with ease and compliance to Government regulations. You can manage activities related to your business such as Sales, Purchase, Invoicing, Reporting and more.

The application includes features like Sales & Purchase Management, Stock Management, Report Generation, Credit Tracking with notifications, Single-click Invoice Generation & Sharing, Barcode Invoicing, Thermal Printing, IMEI Invoicing, 24×7 Availability and Data Backup options.

Applicability of the Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration and subject to jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Miscellaneous

*If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions will still apply.
*Force majeure events may affect performance obligations without liability.
*Rights under this agreement cannot be transferred without permission.
